Since 1743, Moët Impérial Brut has been the world's most loved champagne. Lively, rich and seductive, it exudes a light fruity sensation, with aromatic notes of pear, peach and citrus.
Straw yellow with green highlights.
Expressive nose: reveals white-fleshed fruit (apple, pear, white-fleshed peach), citrus (lemon), floral notes (lime blossoms) and elegant hints of brioche and raw nuts).
The mouth combines exuberance and delicacy: the wonderful richness of delicious white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach, apple) and the attractive caress of delicate bubbles. Light citrus and hints of blackcurrant.
Moët Impérial can accompany every course of your meal, from aperitif to dessert. Ideal with sushi, scallops, shellfish, white fish, white meats (such as roasted free-range chicken au jus with aromatic herbs) and white fruits (such as white peach tart with light white chocolate cream).
Refrigerate the bottle of Moët at least 3 hours before serving. The ideal temperature to enjoy your champagne is 8 C. Serve in a large white wine glass or a fine champagne glass. While you enjoy your champagne, keep the bottle chilled in a champagne cooler with ice. If you don't finish the whole bottle, don't worry, your champagne will stay fresh until the next day. However, seal the bottle well to preserve the bubbles.
