Behind Armand de Brignac is the Cattier family house. Armand de Brignac is the range of prestige cuvee wines, recognized by the 'Ace of Spades', the elaborate bottle inspired by the fashion house André Courrèges. The house of Cattier was founded in 1763 and produces careful champagnes with all stages of the traditional method done manually.

50% Pinot Noir from old vines used exclusively for this wine is used, and the rest is made up of 40% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay. Aging takes place in cellars at least 30 meters deep, which are considered among the deepest in Campania.
Aromas of red fruits, with several notes of baked bread.
