The Perenzin family has been making cheese for 4 generations having been awarded since 1933. To this day it remains faithful to the values of traditional cheesemaking using exclusively milk from the pastures of Valdobiadene. Caciottona is made exclusively from goat's milk, it is matured with telitseri pepper which gives it plenty of spicy notes.
