The La Campofilone Tortiglioni are prepared in just 12 minutes. During production, the pasta mass is pressed through a bronze mold. This gives the noodles a rougher surface than with the conventional production process. This has the advantage that when preparing with sauce, this is absorbed even better by the pasta. The production takes place exclusively from Italian durum wheat. With a suitable sugo, the tortiglioni from La Campofilone become even more enjoyable.
