Hand made pasta Campofilone from Marche region. A traditional, artisan method of making egg pasta that it is so good! The pasta is a light as a feather and cooks in only three to four minutes. Use with creamy sauces or rich meat sauces.
Try with grated courgette, cream and Parmigiano or smoked salmon, cream and lemon.
