Plantation Panama 2008, resulted from a 3-day molasses fermentation and was distilled in a Column Still in 2008 at the Panama Alcoholes del Istmo distilleries, where it matured for 2 years in ex-Bourbon casks.

It then traveled and aged for a year in Ferrand oak barrels in France.

An intensely aromatic palette of fruity and spicy aromas of peach, red fruit, orange peel and nutmeg. White pepper, cream, lemongrass, pear skins, honeycomb, red apple, caramelized nuts complete its flavor profile. In its finish, intense notes of cigar, spice mix and chocolate with licorice.
