Haig was first created in 1627 in Stirling, Scotland's first distillery. John Haig was the one who first gave a name to Scotch whisky. To this day Haig remains a whiskey of unique quality.
Single grain Clubman continues the tradition of the Haig Club label (partly owned by David Beckham) as a bold, progressive spirit. It is the 2nd release of the series after the Haig Club Icon and is a modern proposal that carries 400 years of history. Its name arose from the 1920s when the original Haig was advertised as “The Clubman's Whisky”.
Haig Club Clubman is matured entirely in American bourbon casks, allowing the sweet Single Grain Scotch Whiskey from Cameronbridge to interact with flavors of vanilla, butterscotch and butterscotch. The result is a wonderfully smooth, sweet whisky.
Haig Club Clubman is enjoyed straight or with ice.
